Government Professional Advisors (GPA) is the primary resource for local Texas government facilitating and consulting services. GPA provides expertise to cities needing facilitation service,  performance assessment and strategic planning.  GPA is contracted to coordinate the Texas Women's Leadership Institute for Texas Women Leading Government. ​
